Terms and Conditions

All prices on the WRD Worldwide Music Ltd website are quoted both net of Value Added Tax (VAT) and including VAT for customers ordering from the E.U. and are in Pounds Sterling (GBP).

Our Delivery Terms and Pricing are detailed below :

Despatch will be made as soon as possible after receipt of order and payment, normally by return if all order items are in stock. If there are any Out of Stock items and therefore a delay we will inform you as soon as possible.

For post, packing and insurance the following will be added :

United Kingdom
Compact Discs* - £3.50 for up to two CDs plus 75p for each CD thereafter.
DVDs & Videos - £3.50 for the first DVD/video, plus £1.25 for each DVD/ video thereafter.
Books - at cost due to variable weight

Europe
Compact Discs* - £10.50 for up to two CDs plus £1.50 for each CD thereafter.
DVDs & Videos - £10.50 for the first DVD/video, plus £3.00 for each DVD/video thereafter.
Books - at cost due to variable weight

Rest of the World
Compact Discs* - £11.50 for up to two CDs plus £1.50 for each CD thereafter.
DVDs & Videos - £11.50 for the first DVD/video, plus £3.00 for each DVD/video thereafter.
Books - at cost due to variable weight

* Please note that for postage purposes 2CD / 3CD / 4CD sets, counted as 2, 3 or 4 items.

Credit / Debit Card Charges

There is no charge for credit or debit card transactions via Worldpay however there is an additional 3% charge for paying via Paypal.

Returns Policy

In the unlikely event of your item being faulty please inform us straight away to receive a returns authorisation! All items must be returned in their original packaging with all pieces intact (shrink wrap may be opened or removed) Item must not be shown to have been duplicated by our copy- protection system. We will endeavour to send a replacement, if available, immediately after receipt of the returned item. Faulty items must be returned to us within 30 days. 

Non faulty items bought in error may be returned for exchange at our discretion, please contact us first for authorisation (as unauthorised returns will not be accepted). Item must be returned in the same condition it was received, no part of the item should show damage, wear or use. Non faulty items must be returned to us within 14 days and postage paid for the exchanged item to be delivered.
